A varnished floor has a film which protects the wood from the outside, making the floor more resistant to liquids and easier to maintain. The varnished floor will need to be restored in 5 to 10 years (depending on how it is used).
The price of the floor varnishing includes:
1. Gently sanding the floor to remove dirt from the surface and vacuuming
2. Priming the floor
3. Coating with the first layer of varnish
4. Intermediate floor sanding
5. Vacuuming
6. Coating with the second layer of varnish
What other factors can affect the price of floor varnishing?
Size of the object, floor tinting
Note: the price includes the sanding materials and all the professional tools that are needed for carrying out the varnishing work (we will supply them).
