We respect the right of individuals to the protection of personal data and seek to ensure the protection of personal data processed on this website. By accessing our website and using the services provided on it, or by providing us with any of your personal data, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. Except in the specific cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, information relating to the exercise of rights shall be provided to Customers or other interested natural persons free of charge. A Customer who requests access to his/her personal data processed by UAB Eimosta or an instruction regarding the processing of his/her personal data must confirm his/her identity by submitting an identity document.

The Customer’s request for the exercise of rights may be denied if it is manifestly unreasonable or excessive, as well as in other cases specified in regulatory enactments.

VALIDITY AND CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is available on the Company’s website www.eimosta.lt. Company has the right to unilaterally change this Privacy Policy at any time, in which case it must notify Customer about changes and post the revised Privacy Policy on the Company’s website www.eimosta.lt.
